Krav Maga Nation (IKMF Oakville) > Testimonials

Although I have only recently been introduced to Krav Maga, I can honestly say that it has made an enormous impact on my life. I have studied martial arts and boxing in the past and while they are great, I much prefer studying Krav Maga. What I have learned in Krav Maga so far has much better prepared me to react instinctively to certain dangerous situations…and I’ve only just begun. The classes are always challenging, but exhilarating. If you are looking to learn how to defend yourself, be part of a great group of people, and break a sweat, then I would definitely recommend studying Krav Maga at Krav Maga Nation.Gabe
Practicing Krav Maga at Krav Maga Nation has become a large part of my life and something that I would highly recommend to people from all walks of life who are looking for an effective way to defend themselves and have a great time doing so. We strive to have a family environment and are taught by world-class instructors who have years of experience in Krav Maga. Even if you never have to use to knowledge learned in class on the street, you will never regret the experience of pushing yourself to your limit and knowing that you can walk in peace.Clayton
My son and I decided to start Krav Maga training in response to my son being bullied in his grade 8 class.  The training has been excellent and quickly built up our confidence.  He even dealt with a potential bully by putting him on the ground last spring.  Just last week on the bus coming home from high school a boy rudely threw my sons bag off the seat so he could sit next to him and my son said “do want to sit here”..” “then you can ask” to which the potential bully did so ask.  My son isn’t fighting with kids from a position of superiority but looks at these situations as no longer being alarming or threatening.  The training  is even more important for fathers!!  Thank you Henry for your work!!Pat
Krav Maga Nation combines great workouts with invaluable training and knowledge in a safe and welcoming (and fun!) environment, and for this I am grateful! Erin
